The younger is 3 and into Mickey Mouse, sharks, dinosaurs, trucks, incredibles.
Also brining 3 other adults so we want everyone to be able to enjoy the day. Having a hard time figuring our what will be good for the 3yr old but still interest the 10 yr old.
Disney's Hollywood Studios would be a great pick for the both of them! While Marvel doesn't have a strong presence in that particular park, Star Wars and Toy Story should have enough to keep your older nephew's attention, while still offering lots for the younger : In the character cavalcades, your younger nephew would get to see Mickey and the Incredibles!

It really comes down to what your daughter's interests are! If she loves princesses and classic Disney characters, Magic Kingdom is a must-do. Is she a Harry Potter fan? Either or both of the Universal Orlando parks would provide an immersive experience at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
If she's ready to tackle a few thrill rides or is a fan of Star Wars or Toy Story , Disney's Hollywood Studios is a good place to start. We know it's a hard choice, so let us know if you need any more help to narrow it down!
But if possible, you should change Elementary school age to the actual age group. Hi we are going to Disney world Orlando in February it will be myself wife and three kids which are 16,9 and 2 and there grandad. We have the 14 day Disney park pass but due to Covid they say we need to book the parks that we want to go to each day in advance as you may not get in on the day.
So could you help with which parks are the best to visit and which ones will need more that one visit please. How fun! In our opinion, each of the parks have something special to offer for all age groups and are worth visiting more than once. The kids have never been to Orlando. What would you recommend? We will be staying at The Four Seasons.
We just spent day two of 3 days at Disney. We thought with the current travel scare, it being a week day and school still in session, it would be a light week. Boy how wrong we were. We also didn't know you needed to get your Fast Pass tickets in advace All the lines were 60 to minutes EACH. Day 1 was Epcot. Sorin was an hour wait and was just ok. The food was awesome at every location. Day 2 was Animal Kingdom and Aviatar was a 2 hour wait and the two water rides were over 90 minutes.
That's all we had time for. And the dinner at their premier restaurant Tiffins was below average at best. Tomorrow we are suppose to go to Hollywood Studios but We may just skip it. The lines are way too long and people that wait to plan their vacation can't get fast track passes. We would have been better off getting season tickets to Universal with a daily fast track ticket What are they interested in?
We think Universal would be a great pick, and from there, we'd opt for one of the Disney Parks depending on their interests. Disney's Animal Kingdom blends animals similar to a zoo with some thrill rides, including the world of Pandora. If they are looking for more of the classic Disney experience, Magic Kingdom is always a good pick.

If they are into Harry Potter, we'd suggest 2 days for Universal Orlando Resort preferably park-to-park so you can take the Hogwarts Express! They'll also have larger coasters for the kiddos to enjoy.

We'd suggest a park-to-park ticket if possible and if not, Islands of Adventure. From there, we'd recommend Hollywood Studios if you're Star Wars Fans to visit Galaxy's Edge , and either Magic Kingdom for the classic experience, plus a fully decorated park - just keep an eye out for early closures for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! Crowds will be high for Christmas, so we highly suggest planning ahead for your FastPass reservations, and springing for Express Passes at Universal if you can.
My wife and would like to do Epcot and Universal Studios in 2 days in mid-November. You'd also then have access to free transportation during your stay, with the exception being your trip over to Universal.

They will deliver to your hotel if in their area. Hope this helps I am 58 and can no longer walk very far or long. If you are on a Disney property you can ride right on the buses and they also are portable units you can take apart to put in cars if you're driving. Some other hotels we were looking at that say they have a free shuttle to the parks may not be accessible to ride on and you would have to take the scooter apart to get on it. Hope this helps. We highly recommend an ECV rental! We've done it with Grandma Frog, who is in a similar situation - long lines and walking long distances just aren't feasible for her.
Every park offers some sort of ECV rental, and you can then park at any rides you'd like to hop on. It also gives you a seating option anywhere you go for parades, fireworks, etc.

Trying to figure out which 2 or three parks to visit. We'd recommend Hollywood Studios as your third park. From a cost perspective, a Base Ticket will be your best bet. Hollywood Studios can be a half day park, which leaves you with a couple of options. If you think your fam will enjoy hitting either Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom a second time, you can use your entire third day at one of those parks. Or, you can use a half day at Hollywood Studios and use the rest of your day to see some of the resorts, hang by the pool, or hit Disney Springs.

That said, some parks are better for toddlers and younger children while other parks are more appealing to tweens, teens, and adults. Remember, this is just my opinion and your choice may be totally different than mine! They must be doing something right! This is also the best park for toddlers and kindergartners. It wins out in terms of shows, parades, and fireworks.
